In this guide we will show you how to create a StreamShark Channel with a MultiView layout.
- Navigate to Channels in the side menu and click on Channels. The Channels screen will appear.
- Click on the Add button.
- To make your new Channel use a MultiView layout, navigate to the Content Settings section, see Content Layout and select the MultiView option. Configure your new Channel to your needs as outlined in How to Create a StreamShark Channel.
- Save your new Channel, and navigate to your new Channel via the Channel URL.
- You'll see your MultiView layout, with your initial Highlighted Streams. This section includes Streams you can pick and choose from the Stream Library for focused viewing.
Note: Initially, the Multiview Channel will automatically Highlight Streams in order of the playlist. This will only happen on first load, after which you can pick whichever Streams you wish to be Highlighted. - Scroll down to see your Stream Library. All Streams not yet highlighted will live here, and will not be started automatically. Collapse this section to improve the performance of your Highlighted Streams.
- Sort Streams in either section using the Sort Filter. For a custom sorting, drag Streams around using the
icon, to reorder them as you please.
- To modify the column layout, you can choose from a number of options in the Column Filter. Select "Auto" to let StreamShark pick the best layout for your browser window.
