This support article details the guide for viewing a recreation of live reactions for events with DVR enabled for post Event Archive and Video on Demand (VOD)
This functionality must be activated by StreamShark. Please contact StreamShark support in order to support this feature in your account
Prerequisites
This guide assumes you have performed the following prerequisites:
Setup Live Event with DVR enabled
We are going to be going through the standard workflow listed in this guide which will involve generating an Event Archive and converting that archive into a VoD

Setup Reactions Video Player Template
Setup a video player template with reactions enabled and attach it to the Event you created following the previous step
Once you have setup a live event with DVR enabled and have attached a video player template with reactions enabled, proceed to the next section
View reactions for Event Archive/VOD
Go through the standard event workflow by streaming to your event and switching the event phase from "Pre" to "Main"
Use StreamShark's Player Page and perform some reactions
Switch the event phase from "Main" to "Post" once you have completed your event. Ensure "Generate Archive for Main Event" is on and click continue
NOTE: You may need to wait a couple of minutes for your reactions to process before they are visible in the archive
Navigate to the Archives tab and use the "Copy Link" shortcut to copy the Player link into a new tab
In the control bar, click vertical ellipse icon and click "Show reactions" to show reactions for the archive. Conversely, once you click on "Show reactions" it will change to "Hide reactions". Click this if you want to hide the reactions
If you do not see your reactions, they may still be processing in the background. Please give some time and perform a hard refresh on your page later to view your reactions
