If you are having issues authenticating, please read this guide first.

Below are some examples log in flows for our viewer management platform.

1. Standard Authentication Flow (First Time Log In)

1.1 User is prompted to enter their email address.

1.2 Next the user will be prompted to enter a First and Last name.

1.3 The user will be prompted to create a password.

1.4 Finally the user will be asked to verify their email address. An email with a verification link is sent to the email they signed up with. Once they click the link, the StreamShark player will automatically update and display the content.

2. Standard Authentication Flow (Account Already Created)

2.1 User is prompted to enter their email address.

2.2 If the email address is already registered, the user will be prompted to authenticate with either a Magic Link or Password.

2.3 If the user selects Send Magic Link, they will see the following screen and an email with a verification link is sent to the email they signed in with. Once they click the link, the StreamShark player will automatically update and display the content.

2.4 If the user selects Use Password, they will be prompted to enter the password they created on their first log in. If they have forgotten the password they can create a new password by clicking the Forgot Password link.

3. Disabled Email Verification Flow

3.1 User is prompted to enter their email address.

3.2 If this is the first time the user is logging in, then they will be prompted to enter a First and Last name.

3.3 If Shared Access Code is enabled users will be prompted to enter a code to gain access to the video. If No Password is not set, then they will not see this screen.
