In this guide we will show you how to upload and view a 360-degree video on demand using the StreamShark platform.
Step 1: Create a 360 Degree Player Template
1. Click on the 'Customization' from the left-hand menu, then select 'Player Templates' from the drop down.
2. Click 'Add New' from the top of the screen.
3. Enter a name for your template.
4. Enable the '360 Degree Player' option.
5. Click the 'Create' button down the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Upload a 360 Degree Video
1. Click on the 'Video on Demand' from the left-hand menu.
2. Click 'Add New' from the top of the screen.
3. Select your desired video output formats and video output qualities.
4. Select the 360-degree video(s) you want to upload.
5. Click the 'continue' button.
6. Click to expand the details of the uploading media.
7. Fill out the details as desired.
8. Select your 360-degree video player template.
9 Click the 'save' button.
Step 3: View the Video
1. On the 'Video on Demand' overview, select the video you just uploaded. At the bottom of the 'Overview' page you can see what qualities and formats have finished encoding.
2. Once the video has finished encoding, click the 'HTML5' button.
3. Copy and paste the 'Preview Page' URL into a new tab.
4. You should now be able to pan around your 360-degree video!
